Returns & Refund Policy
At The Purpple Closet, each piece is crafted with care, and many of our garments are made-to-order. For this reason, we maintain the policy below. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. We encourage you to review our size guide and product details, and to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom-made and made-to-order outfits are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, as they are created specifically for you.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We cover return shipping on confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Once approved and the item is received and inspected, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit — or a replacement of the same item where available.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Report an Issue
- Email us at hello@thepurpplecloset.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the item and the issue.
- Our team will review and respond with next steps and a prepaid return label if applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method or as store credit, per your choice. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
